Aspen & Ivy is a newly-launched floral decoration specialist in Lancashire providing bespoke gifts, corporate interior and wedding styling services. When a creative streak collided with a passion for event planning, company founder Jenna knew straight away that she had found her calling. When scoping out and bringing this exciting brand to life, Jenna wanted more than a fancy one pager to catch the eye of brides-to-be. Within a matter of months, a chat that started over a glass of vino evolved into a multi-transactional digital platform that now seamlessly runs on autopilot. In addition to creatively showcasing her most profitable services, the online flower shop features all of her standard floral gift products and has been fully optimised for desktop and mobile devices. We also help ideate and develop her corporate florals-as-a-service online subscription, where local offices and customer facing businesses can sign up online for a paid subscription for bi-weekly or monthly floral replenishment.

Victoria Leisure Club in Merseyside is the UK's longest running independent fitness club. After a series of online projects with Customer Journey acting as a retained digital partner, we were tasked with going the extra mile to deliver a combined hardware and software solution to keep customers safe from the moment their journey begins at the reception entrance. With COVID cases rising daily; affecting consumer footfall and confidence to equally alarming levels. Teams are needing to work even harder to keep customers safe. So we rose to the challenge to make that possible. Gemma Birch, Duty Manager at Victoria said; "we are delighted with the feedback we've had from members of our club. It's made everyone feel so much safer and ready to return to training as normal. Many gyms in the area haven't gone the extra mile in investing in this technology so we're really pleased it's been so popular and can see it's made a difference to the number of members we've retained."
