      Requirement gathering. Identification of customer and operational pain points. Project Specification. Customer journey audit.

      Web and online brand design. UI /functionality testing and user acceptance testing. Design engaging brand assets such as promotional video.

      Content optimisation. Product pages. eCommerce configuration and testing. Finalise integrations such as payment, booking and socials.

      Maintain platform. Provide client team with CMS training. Handover entire website control to client or continue to support remotely.
